i guess Baggage is also going to be on the list of GSN orginals that suffers from rerun abuse just like Lingo (Woolery), Whammy!, and Chain Reaction (Lane).

Those shows have been cut down massively though. Baggage will now only air about 12 times a week (Wed. and Thu. @6pm; 1:30am; after DWTS), down from more than 25. Lingo (Woolery) has been at least cut down to 2 times a day, down from 4. But Engvall needs to cut back more. 12 times a week now starting April 2nd. It still does well along with Whammy! and Chain Reaction in reruns.

An update for The Newlywed Game. We're seeing in ratings that The Newlywed Game and Baggage's ratings haven't turned out fantastic for their first runs. It doesn't matter since The Newlywed Game has been renewed for a sixth season and Baggage will go into a fourth season in syndication if not on GSN, then somewhere.

    *UPDATE TIME*

remember the pilot for the Bible quiz show with Jeff Foxworthy well it looks like the show has got the greenlight and is showing a 'coming this fall' page:http://tv.gsn.com/shows/the-american-bible-challenge/

also here are the rules to TABC:http://hollywoodjunket.com/2012/03/2...usive-set-new/

I saw both pages, and this is actually a game show. The only four shows on the March Upfronts that GSN should green light are The Newlywed Game, $100,000 Pyramid, American Bible Challenge, and Beat the Chefs

i think they already greenlit TABC & TNG Lingofan97, the only shows that has given the go-around are 100K Pyramid, and Beat The Chefs
but IMO i think that BTC (Beat The Chefs) should not get the Greenlight by GSN because it belongs to the "Food Network" and not on this
network also i don't consider it as a game show as it's more of a rip-off of Iron Chef America.

Correct. A sixth season of The Newlywed Game and American Bible Challenge are happening for GSN coming this Fall. Then, $100,000 Pyramid and Beat the Chefs have not been Greenlight but GSN should try in early 2013. Also coming in early 2013 would be those five reality shows, which will hopefully not happen. GSN should try to air their new $100,000 Pyramid on the 40th anniversary that the $10,000 Pyramid premiered with Dick Clark, which I believe was sometime in March of 1973.

i so agree with you on the so-called five reality document shows i hope to god GSN doesn't flip to sleep mode and air thses as well.

    Newlywed Game: Not interested.

Bible: Definitely a shut-out on my part.

$100,000 Pyramid: I could give it a shot, but if it's anything compared to Donnymid, I will stick with Dick Clark's $25,000 Pyramid for the time being, thank you very much.
