I tried e-mailing cust. serv. for it, that was a joke. They just said We're happy you're apart of the Gsn community" and gave me a case number. Sorry, no help. Maybe if you plead your case via e-mail they'll relinquish the number. Good luck.

I tried looking on GSN Corporate contact listing. They had a number there for Media Contact (310)-255-6818. Maybe if you get thru to a live person they could give you another number.
It said ther that any e-mail received there would just be forwarded to the help@GSN area.
I wouldn't waste your time and money buying tokens. Just save up your free tokens you get each day. If you like playing the casino games make sure you lower the amount of the wager to the lowest amount so you don't waste tokens. The wager always seems to start a a higher amount depending on the number of tokens you have. Just lower the wager.

Are you asking - Why your VISA not being accepted/rejected?

What's the message you're getting after you filled in the data?

trying to contact customer service is a joke! i want to know how they figure players averages? I play for money ( not alot and i get players that have over 20,000-100,000 points over my average! not good! does anyone know how they figure the averages?

I don't know but I am having problems when I play the casino games, it doesn't come up full screen and I can't see and play everything I need to. There is a sidebar commercial on the right in the way. It doesn't have a close button on it anywhere. Does anyone have this problem?
