Super Slots problem

Has any one else played Super Slots in the last two days? I played last night, hit the 3 plums and the game stopped working and the only button working was the cash out button. When I cashed out, it did not pay the 10,000 tokens I won, it had reduced my tokens back to what it was before I hit. Today, I played again and I hit 3 cherries and the same thing happened! When I look in the history of my tokens, it does not even show the two jackpots at all. How do you prove your loss if there is no record of it??

lol super slots is an oddletunity that is a pretty big waste. i spent over 20,000 tokens today at 200 a spin, to win 300 oddles... i probably hit 30 wins, all low. but it did pay out all the small jackpots. save your tokens for a better game is my sugestion.. even tiki slots is more fun. good luck all. have fun

It happened to me just now, three plums, locked up, didn't pay after I cashed out, exactly as you described it. What can we do about it?

As a newbie on GSN, I found that this Casino game - Super Slots is the WORST GAME that I have ever played online on any social media network playing games
My first group of bets were 50 per bet = 2,150 tokens
My second group of bets were 20 per bet= 150 tokens
My third group of bets were 10 per bet = 510 tokens

A total of 2,780 tokens used for 300 oodles...And only won 16 spins of 100 spins. The highest winning I got 600 tokens...

This game is a JOKE...Not to mention with the ADS interference causing the game to hang out in limbo...

Asia first let me welcome you on board. We have all had problems with the casino games, and I have learned to bet the lowest amount possible. Especially when starting out. The tokens are only good for playing the casino games and I refuse to buy them, and usually only play the promo games unless I am bored.

We get free tokens every day for logging in, and I use them to win the oodles. Now, I have over 671,000 tokens, so I will not be running out anytime soon.

Please don't give up on us. There are a lot of good people on gsn and I would also invite you to come to the chat room each day monday/friday between 3 pm. /6pm. eastern time. We would love to have you.

I tried to play super slots just now (twice) just betting 5 tokens and after it spun it zeroed out my 633 Thousand tokens and said I didn't have enough tokens to play and that I could purchase more. It did it to me twice, it better not have wiped out my token balance, I only bet 5 tokens each time I tried it, guess I won't be able to get the 300 oodles.
