Wipe: Since I can't think of anything that applies to the wiping era, I'll say Match Game '96. Never seen it, but if you avoid the innuendo and go for the obvious, you kill the show's charm.

Honorary Mention Save: Eye Guess. From what precious little footage that exists, I can tell that I would've loved this when I was a grade schooler (and probably badgered my parents endlessly to buy me the home versions).
