Major Match and Win

Just bought a Major Match and Win scratch card for 500 Oodles, and when I try to play it, I get a message that says "The game you are trying to play is not available." Give me back my Oodles or let me play.

I just bought 200 ticket and it took the 200 but never gave me the ticket.says I don't have enough oodles.This has happened before with the 500 tickets and I thought that maybe by now it would have been fixed.VERY UPSET that you don't ever get the credits back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Will never play this game again.

Today I bought the match and win ticket for 1,250 oodles. The oodles were deducted from my account but the ticket to scratch did not pop up and there was not information on how to access it? I e-mail general support this morning and have not received a reply or an auto notification that my e-mail was received. What should I do? Is there a place to look at pending e-mails like on the cash game site? HELP PLEASE

same problem here. i bought both a 500 and a 1250 oodle ticket. got the deduction but didnt get to play....please help
