To be quite honest, I'd rather overkill of Family Feud more than DWTS. At least Family Feud is a game show, whereas DWTS *technically* is not.

Good move, GSN, for finally picking up more Press Your Luck and $ale of the Century!

Anyone would. They would have a poll about that and it would be 100 for Family Feud and 1 for DWTS overload. (GSN employee).

Also, DWTS has been taken off the home page. That was a fast move for GSN. Usually there website is outdated, but now they're moving more quickly with it

Also on GSN's home page the shows on the front page have been narrowed down from 6 to 4 (Harvey Feud pops up first, then 5th Grader, Baggage and The Newlywed Game). It makes GSN look kind of weak.

well thank god for that, as for GSN acquiring DWTS in the first place to quote the Angry Video Game Nerd (a.k.a James Rolfe) What Were They Thinking?

Amy Davis or someone wanted this to become a more woman-friendly network, just like Lifetime

I think at this point if GSN had replaced DWTS for a block that consisted of Faux Pause, Inquizition, Extreme Gong, Burt Luddin's Love Buffett, and a Malcolm remake hosted by Patrick Wayne it would have been an improvment.

GSN would never acquire any of those game shows.

No, they were some of their 'originals', I don't know about the Malcolm remake.

I'll take Drew Carey's Improv-a-Ganza for example. Back in August when it was cut back to midnight only, people all over facebook, these forums and a couple other websites were complaining a lot. Luckily, this isn't happening with Dancing with the Stars

DWTS isn't an awful show, Improv was.

Dancing just didn't belong on the network, Improve didn't belong, period.
