I've had it with moving ads during the games

I'm so frustrated by these ads that are in motion on the right side of the games..such as Flingshot & Bejeweled or any of the other games that need a lot of speed to play. they run about 15 seconds which slows it down that much or it just stops altogether for the time the ad runs. The one with the spinning wheel for the slots is the worst of all. Most of them are by Rivalgaming, there are others. GSN, do you have to run these at the same time the games are playing?? Over & over, sometimes twice in the same game! How about a break so we can just play the game without fighting with the commercials...

I know..I get that a lot too. I'll be playing something and getting a good score and then this ad comes on the right side, or even above, & slows it down so much I just end the game & start over. they should put those moving ads on the slower games.

I have that too! I was wondering if it was just my computer or what? Has anybody had any suggestions?

Ditto... I have a 4 year old computer and it cannot handle some of the games and moving ads at the same time. My favorite game is Flingshot and am constantly getting glitches. It wasn't so bad when I first started playing GSN games, was consistantly in the top 20 or so, but as months go by, the ads take up more and more of the computer resources and memory. Now I am lucky to get in the top 50. Most of my higher scores, I played on a computer at our local college. Last week I finally had a 248,000 point Flingshot game on my home computer which would have put me in the top 10, but lost connection and it did not register the final score. I also have problems dropping connection while playing Pirate Fortune slots and Wheel of Fortune slots. Have lost a couple of high win token amounts because of it. It boils down to those who can afford to buy a new computer have a big advantage.... so much for the little people.

Are you talking about the flashing "winner" lights too? So annoyingI close the window down to block them but that wouldn't help with them still still in the background slowing your system down as i am just hiding them!

I agree! They are very distracting. I understand that they pay for the free games, but there has to be a way that they're not flashing while I'm playing a game.

It seems like ALL ads make my game hesitate and take longer! For instance in Solitaire Rush--I can't double click on the cards to make them move to the top-I have to click on them and move them. There's no way to make any kind of score that way! I too realize they pay for the games, but unless they figure out something I will go back to another gaming site I used to play!

I agree, yes they pay for the free games...BUT the token games aren't necessarily FREE, I have spent more money than I would ever admit to and lost some because of slow response or no response from server. Game crashes too!

It seems like they have increased how often these ads change even more the past week, causing the problem to get worse.I have emailed them, no response yet. Especially isn't fair when it freezes during a timed token games!
