Howie Mandel to Host Brand New NBC Game Show

That's right folks. According to Alex, your favorite game show host of all-time is returning to NBC for another brand new game show that involves selecting boxes that could contain millions of dollars of cash and prizes. The catch? No one knows what amount is in which box. Will you keep your box, or steal another player's box?

And at the end of the game, it's your favorite end-game of all time -- Cash or Trash! Share your winnings with your partner, or act like a complete idiot on national television by trying to steal from him, like we all saw on The Bank Job.

Hopefully, the Minute to Win It guys ARE NOT producing this game show, because we all know they suck at producing game shows (see how they bungled up Who's Still Standing, if you need a reference). Can we get Endemol, perhaps?

And if you're wondering why NBC didn't just decide to renew Deal or No Deal, maybe it's because they don't want to pay for 26 beautiful models to hold the briefcases...

As Alex said, it sounds similar to Deal or No Deal. NBC should bring that back, and not air it all 5 nights a week and it will do well.

Well i think that Howie Mandel is a okay guy, but it really won't be his fault if the show bombs. Because like you say it's basically up to the producers of the show that break it or make it.

Honestly, there are other great game show hosts. No offense, Howie is washed up, that is probably a reason he's going to host this. In my opinion, nowadays they will always get washed up hosts mostly. Rarely will we get someone that comes close to decent.

My favorite game show hosts are Pat Sajak, Gene Rayburn, Richard Dawson, Bob Eubanks and Peter Tomarken, honestly I can could on and on probably but those are my main favorites.

That's gotta be one of the dumbest things I heard. Apparently, you forget that he is a judge on AGT and he also has a show on FOX with flash mobs or some crap like that. Plus, he entertains crowds with his stand-up act.

Well, other than those he is pretty much washed up. Mobbed is trash. America's Got Talent I have nothing to say about. The acts suck, IMO. And I'm no fuddy duddy but I want to ask, is everyone a foul mouth around here?

Howie Mandel is gonna host another game show? Oh what joy at this happy and exciting news to hear. I have been wishing and longing for Howie to host another game show and now this news makes it worth the wait and I wish Howie all the luck on this new show. I bet I know what show it's gonna be a remake of judging from the description. It is Blockbusters and I think it will do NBC HUGE ratings when it debuts on TV but I am very happy for Howie and I will try to watch the show whenever I can. But let's hope for the best,
