    Oodles Game of the Month

Just finished 500 games of Triple Play Blackjack. Unlike many token games actually gained 1275 tokens.

Congratulations! That's tough to do on that game!

I'm wayyy behind on the Blackjack games for this Game of the Month... I find that after I've finished playing all my leaderboard games enough to guarantee a high place on the boards, my time is used up! I'll be a busy little Blackjack Bee near the end of the month!

Congrats! I have I think 175 hands left to play. I try to play about 10 a day at minimum, more if I find time, so I finish by the end of the month. This is actually the first time I'm attempting the Game of the Month as I started entering the daily sweeps and realize I need as many oodles as I can earn. lol

I get'em done the 1st or 2nd that way, I don't have to worry about them... Get the PAIN out of the way!

Rose... even if I do the Game of the Month early, I always make sure to leave a couple games just IN CASE they have a "Double Oodles Day"... that way I can get the 1,200 oodles doubled. Make sure that in May you don't finish them all too fast because in the past, they've had one on Memorial Day.

wakedaddy, I mean the games that I play where I can place on the leaderboards for oodles.... the few games that I'm good enough at to achieve a high enough score where I earn oodles each day for that. I earn around 500-625 oodles a day that way. I currently play four games but at one time there were 10 games I was placing (they were regional games and expired games though and six of them were taken away overnight... that was a bummer). But during that "golden time" I was earning around 1,000 oodles a day from those! That was great.

You do know about the GSN games and the leaderboards, right? If not, let me know...

No, not particularly. I mainly just focus on the "To-Doodles" and "My Promotions" because I spend most of my time entering a collection of sweepstakes outside of GSN. I started posting on the GSN forums this week and am learning more and more each day (as well as trying to help those I can with the technical aspects and things I do know about GSN - like the trivia). I know there's a collection of games to play on the site but I'm not familiar with the leaderboard aspect of it.

Also, I learned a couple things from the April Ooodler of the month, one of which you mentioned. . . . How are the "Double Oodles Day" promoted? I was unaware there was such a thing. On that same topic, saving the Wonder Wheel spins for those specific days was mentioned so I was wondering how I would know if it's a "Double Oodles Day."

All of the leaderboard games are listed in your "To-Doodles" section too... right underneath the boxes of items, there is a section that says "More Ways to Win Oodles" and then it says "Oodles Leaderboards" and "Click to View All." When you click on that, it will show you a list of all the games that offer leaderboards for oodles. They vary in how many payout slots there are... some give oodles to the top 500, some the top 300 and some just the top 75. It's very hard to make the board for the games with top 75 boards unless you are VERY good at that game (I'm very lucky that the game I excel at is a Top 75 board-- I make between 300-500 oodles a day just from that). But if you are at least pretty proficient in other games, you can make the top 300 or 500 pretty easily if you are patient and wait for a good game to be "dealt" to you and then, of course, have the skill to play it well. You can see what games have what kinds of boards by going to that game and clicking on "Top Players Win Oodles! Click Here to Learn More!" above that leaderboard... it will show you how many spots win oodles and how many oodles each placement is worth. Basically, you play the game and keep trying to better your score... you can't knock yourself lower, you can only better your placement with a higher-scoring game. But if you play early in the day (like right after midnight) you will place very high but during the next 24 hours, as other people play and play, you will get knocked farther down the board... most people do find it kind of difficult to stay in the top spots or even in the oodles-earning spots at all. But if you are really good at a game, then it's definitely worth it to play it and try to get on the leaderboard. Also, it's fun to practice and get better and better and watch your scores climb higher and higher!

The Double Oodles Days are announced on the Home Page and also under "My GSN" like any other promotions they have. Typically in the past they have been held on Memorial Day, Labor Day and a third day that I'm not recalling right now... maybe around Thanksgiving? Those are great and I've received around 7,000-8,000 oodles on those days... largely due to saving up my Wonder Wheel spins. Remember though, that you can only have 60 spins saved up and then they will start to expire.

Thanks for the info. After reading it, I remember seeing that, I just never looked into it. And about the spins, technically it's that they can be saved for 30 days but, yeah, with currently being offered 2-a-day, it's 60 at a time. I just never thought to save them. lol
