Osmond Pyramid w/ Dick Clark Celebrity Guest Saturday @ 1PM

GSN will be airing an hour of Donny Osmond Pyramid tomorrow at 1PM where Dick Clark is the celebrity guest.

    From GSN's Twitter:
"We will also be airing two episodes of Pyramid (hosted by Donny Osmond) in which Dick Clark is a celebrity guest on Saturday at 1/12c."

    That's great. I'll record it.

Are they serious? They've had these episodes the whole time and have never showed them even once? Osmond is still more of a modern game show, so it shouldn't be considered a classic

I've posted the new pdf schedule at the blog. The Donnymid episode numbers are 1097 and 1095, and the other celebs are Betty White and Coolio.

They've had these episodes the whole time and have never showed them even once?
I'm pretty sure that GSN has shown the Dick Clark eps of Donnymid. Hey, you can watch Dick Clark and Betty White on Donnymid any time you want on YouTube.

To what I remember, Donny's Pyramid hasn't be shown in at least 3-5 years. If GSN had these episodes, I would have shown them at some point.

GSN should still acquire more episodes of Donny's Pyramid. They have a fair amount of episodes to chose from, and it could do well in a block marathon (preferably Mondays). But I favor the $25,000 Pyramid over Donny's Pyramid

GSN did air all three Dick Clark episodes of Donnymid when that version was on the show's regular schedule. One had Coolio, another had Betty White, and the other featured Karri Turner.

A whole episode of Dick's appearance on Donny's Pyramid is posted on Buzzerblog if anyone wants to see it.

No, GSN hasn't shown Donny's version in 4 years.

So it's been a while. GSN should have had kept those episodes, and I have a feeling if they were brought back it would do well (again)

There's no guarantee they would. A lot of people had a negative opinion of it, though at this point, anything different would be a major accomplishment.

Donnymid did get a healthy run before it was pulled. Two full cycles of all the episodes they had (I remember about 4 or 5 episodes being skipped); with the show airing two, and then eventually three times a day.

Two episodes of Donny's Pyramid at 1 and 1:30pm weekdays would do better than Deal or No Deal does right now. Or if not that, then an early afternoon weekend slot. Another show added to the schedule would work wonders, and dumping the block schedule right now would also be great.

Didn't Donny's Pyramid have rerun abuse?

They haven't been shown on GSN in four years, so no. If GSN showed all the episodes of Donny's Pyramid from 2002-2004 and aired them 14 times a week or less (twice a day), then it would take a while to run through the episodes.

No. It was actually one of the few Sony leases that wasn't run into the ground as of late.

If the PDFs are indeed correct, we'll be getting fresh Clark $25,000 Pyramid starting next month, so that should take care of the want for a new acquisition regarding this show (at least for a while). That is unless one wants to see Donnymid more.
