Dawson Feud and Match Game died on Friday night when GSN tried them. The 25K Pyramid block on Friday is getting cut back already (along with all the other nighttime blocks) for Harvey Feud at 11:00PM. Check the pdfs on the blog.

Those two shows I know BOMBED, with usually below 200K in prime time. If they got new seasons, they might do a little better but belong in mornings overall.

I have a feeling that they aired marathons of $25,000 Pyramid after GSN went through the number of episodes GSN had leased. Maybe GSN is phasing out $25,000 Pyramid on Friday nights in preparation for the possibility of "new-to-GSN" episodes coming on May 7. Trust me, once they go through the first cycle of new episodes, it will be after that that we may end up seeing marathons on occasion again.

I have a feeling $25,000 Pyramid did "unusually poorly" during the week of April 9-15 because they were airing the episodes out of sequence. They were skipping ahead many weeks, jumping around, without going in sequence. Sounds like GSN is "burning off" the lease in preparation for the possible "new-to-GSN" episodes coming in May.

That is exactly what is happening on Friday nights. Every half-hour they have a different episode from a different week. That's what is ruining GSN's ratings, and I think the same thing is happening with Monday's Family Feud.

So it (Harvey Feud) is right on track to get to Karn-like levels of abuse? Wow, that didn't take long.

I watch Karn often and I've never seen the same episode twice, but that will probably happen soon with how much its on now. Karn has about 400 episodes over his four seasons, so even at this point it would take until the end of July to cycle through all those episodes.

Dawson's 'Feud' did well towards the end of the "Flashback Friday" run...

Dawson's Feud has been bombing since the beginning of 2011, but saw bad ratings in prime time as expected.

Also where are the ratings for April 16-22 and possibly April 23-29?
