From what I've learned a few years back. There is a high speed fibre optic cable running from Boston to Montreal which carries the digital signals of Boston's big 4 networks (NBC,ABC,CBS,FOX with WSBK and PBS). And these channels, along with a set of Buffalo and Plattsburgh networks are the only East coast US local channels we're allowed to watch. For the west Seattle and Tacoma are the only two West coast locals we're allowed to watch. Very strict guidelines. So no New York or LA networks here. (Except KTLA and WGN Chicago which are considered "super stations" and must be purchased separately as premium channels).

All four versions air on GSN each weekdays. Dawson is on once, Karn on four times, Harvey on four times, and O'Hurley on once, and then block scheduling. But I'm not sure what you're asking.

Family Feud won't get rerun abuse for a while, but as long as GSN cuts Family Feud slots by a quarter (so 88 now to about 66), then FF won't see as bad of a rerun abuse EVER as Deal or No Deal and Million Dollar Password.

My take on Family Feud right now: GSN will keep as much Family Feud as there is until a new Summer acquisition, and the hour-long series of "American Bible Challenge"
