I DID NOT receive my 250 OODLES for Playing 10 WINNER WEDNESDAY BONUS GAMES: CATCH 21 PLAYED on 4/18 to be paid On or Before 4/25. Others say they received theirs! Thank You NOTHING about a survey!!! YOUR ANSWER was totally off subject!!!

Yes, AmericanRose, I posted that on the previous page and so did Squishmar. After a second email to them, they said that the tokens would be received by the end of the day yesterday. I still don't have them. Another round of emails, I guess.

I wrote them again. The response I received this time apologized for the confusion and said oodles would be credited in 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

Wonder why all the issues with this Winner Wednesday?

I did not receive mine either. I am sorry but tired of typing letters/note. If I have a problem, the reply is "it is your computer" or "I didn't play the game". I have lost alot of oodles and tokens. So sorry to you all that I no longer send notes regarding these issues. My pc is top of the line and never any problems elsewhere. Best of luck to us all.

Keep writing back, using the ref # of original letter. If they realize that you are going to be persistent, you will get them. Just tell them that it is not computer, that you have none of these problems with other sites.

When I write, I tell them I am tired of receiving the response of "Thank you for being a part of our community............." That I would like to have this matter handled properly. Be polite but firm. Make a 'pain in the butt' out of yourself and let them know that you are not going to go away.

This has been happening frequently here lately. AmericanRose will verify that what I say is true. Thanks to her keen observations and keeping track of these, she has saved me 1,000's of oodles. Keep writing to help@gsn.com.

I emailed Help yesterday because I did not receive my Catch 21 Winner Wednesday oodles. The response today had nothing to do with the email I sent and instead said that the server randomly selected people for surveys. I did not ask about surveys. I asked about my Catch 21 Winner Wednesday oodles. Their response is below.

First of all.. I have not had a servey in a year or longer! MAYBE they KNOW what I would say... Oh well, when I tell them that they did not award the Oodles I get some KIND OF STUPID reply.... then after a couple MORE emails to them USUALLY I get them(With a letter that ACTS like they are doing ME A FAVOR? One time WHAT? anyway, nothing is COURTEOUS about all of this unnecessary waste of time, energy & emotions! and so on with the saga of trying to get my 250 OODLES for the Catch 21.. Yes, they said a FEW DAYS ago, that they would award the OODLES... BUT NO THEY STILL HAVE NOT!!!! SO On with another email!!!! Just think this is stupid & Yes, I am spending LESS and LESS TIME on GSN! Waiting for a decent Prize or Just going to do another Mag. Sub! SAME STUFF, DIFFERENT DAY ANYMORE!!! and NOW I see that the UNDERSEA TREASURES is NOT GIVING THE TOKENS FOR The OYSTER games, THE TREASURE CHESTS & SCATTER COIN SPECIAL GAMES!!! UNREAL!!!!!!!! NOT THAT I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STORED UP BUT... HOW FAIR IS THAT TO THE folks that are buying the tokens!!!!! THIS IS SO STUPID! Playing and not getting credit for their "BONUS" games and then not getting the TOKENS for the games BONUSES inside the games! Check it out... when I play the treasure chest game for getting Treasure chests (INSIDE the UNDERSEA TREASURE GAME) or get the EXTRA Tokens for Playing the OYSTER GAME or Scattered Coin games!... Anyone else checking out the "EXTRA BONUS TOKENS" being entered ON THE MY TOKEN BALANCES that is on the page Golden MY TOKENS area! WHAT do you call it when People are BUYING/SPENDING REAL $$$$$$ for TOKENS and then GSN does not apply those tokens WON to your total????

Got a letter back yesterday from GSN and they said all accounts that were eligible would be credited within 2 days-by far the hardest ever on cash competition

I did receive 250 Winner Wednesday oodles today... I hope they are for the Catch 21, because there are 250 more oodles due by May 2. Hope I get those.

Yeah, it looks as if the Zuma oodles were awarded. Just not to me and many others. LOL.

I will wait until after tomorrow to email them again for those...but I'm positive that I WILL have to email them. This just gets so ridiculous. What is wrong with their system?
