    Question ANYONE get their OODLES for CATCH 21 (Winner Wednesday)?

    I have not received the 250 oodles for Playing Catch 21 on 4/18 to be payed on 4/25...

    They've been really good lately with crediting the World Winner promos on time but I did not receive this one. Seeing that other have, I guess I'll have to write them. I usually wait a couple days after the due-date but if I know that some people HAVE been credited, then I guess they're screwy again.

    Hopefully, it will just take ONE letter to the Help Department.

    No I just checked and I did not get mine either even though I played all 10 games.

    MAYBE it's time to email them.. I did yesterday morning and did not get a reply yet!

    I'll give it until this afternoon. Last week I wasn't awarded oodles for the previous wednesday until friday afternoon.

    The Help Department must be backed up... I emailed them yesterday and didn't even get the confirmation saying they received my email... I usually always get that right away. Hmmmm....

    On the 21 game I I did not get mine oodles I played mine before the end date. also, can anyone tell me how many bingo games yesterday we had to answed because it stated you get 600 but I answered all they give and I only got 300 please let me know?thanks

    I emailed Help yesterday because I did not receive my Catch 21 Winner Wednesday oodles. The response today had nothing to do with the email I sent and instead said that the server randomly selected people for surveys. I did not ask about surveys. I asked about my Catch 21 Winner Wednesday oodles. Their response is below.

    I don't know what you're referring to with "bingo games" but yesterday there were double the amount of Oodles Bonus Trivia questions. There are usually six questions (five plus the Secret Word) worth 50 oodles each (equaling 300 oodles). Yesterday, there were 12 questions for a total of 600 oodles. They were put up every couple hours or so and left up for quite awhile for us to answer. It was really great the way they handled it. Lots of fun!

    nsin52: I received the exact same letter... nothing at all to do with what I wrote to them about. I do know about the survey and wish I HAD gotten it to take it, but I didn't say anything about that in my letter to them regarding the missing Catch 21 oodles.

    This is really very frustrating. I know they are probably swamped and under-staffed but does no one actually READ the letters we send them? It doesn't appear so from the response we got.
    It just shouldn't be this difficult to receive oodles we've earned fair and square. And I think about the many people who won't even KNOW that they didn't receive what was due them or won't bother to write to receive them. I was hoping this would be a one-letter deal to Help (well, I was initially hoping I wouldn't need to write AT ALL) but now it's turned into a back-and-forth thing since I had to reply to their response reiterating what I had said in my initial letter... which is there plain as day for them to see for themselves.

    Also, I know that when they DO correct the issue, they will say their standard line about a "one-time courtesy" in rewarding me the oodles... as if they are doing me a favor or I am trying to pull a fast one on them, when I have PROOF of the games I played that were required for the promotion. Ugh.

    Really, really disappointing and frustrating. Although, like I said, I appreciate the fact that the Help Department is probably overworked and under-staffed.

    I replied to their email and pointed out that their answer did not make sense. I have since received another email apologizing for the confusion and stating that all eligible accounts will be credited by the end of the day.

    Yup. I just got the same letter and now I feel bad for my rant above. LOL. But I have gotten the response I referred to from them before.

    Glad this is taken care of now... and they were FAST with this second response!
