Wheel of Fortune - no R's S's T's ???
I play Wheel of Fortune regularly and do fairly decent at it, making the Leader Board. BUT, now that this week is WOF week to win oodles, it's like they searched out every puzzle that doesn't have the common consonants ..and the words are so obscure. They are impossible to guess and it's just NO fun at all.
The games on World Winner are always harder and very short. In fact, the bonus rounds are often much easier than the main puzzle. I like the bigger puzzles, they are always much more fun, and even in the regular WOF, they're rare. I go through a lot of puzzles just to get to one that has more words and then, more often than not, I hit bankrupt. They don't make it easy
When I first played the World Winner Wheel of Fortune, I noticed right away how different the puzzles were from GSN's.
The good news is, they repeat the same ones ALL THE TIME. Sometimes IN A ROW!! So, you get to know them pretty well.
But yeah, on World Winner, you're just not meant to score as big on Wheel of Fortune... it's definitely more for the time bonus than the letters guessed correctly because sometimes, there are only 3 or 4 consonants in the whole puzzle!
