Well, they're trying their best to keep up with Bingo Blitz and Catch 21 Quick Hit, which comes up on TV every night. I think GSN is trying their best for now, but I think they still spend too much money on online gaming, and should spend more on TV

I think the time slots changing were one of the rules GSN got less views for Baggage. But both Eubanks episodes of The Newlywed Game in 2010 were funny, and pulled impressive numbers.
That's what I think killed the ratings for Baggage. Remember that the premiere time slot was 6:30 pm. Then, after GSN acquired that Improv and Love Triangle nonsense, they shuffled Baggage around to 7:30 pm, then to 6:00 pm, then back to 6:30 pm, then back to 6:00 pm, and now it's back to 6:30 pm on Fridays again.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it. GSN changed the time slot for Baggage and broke their regular 500,000 viewer ratings that the program used to get almost every episode.

I've pointed out this problem before and Baggage's ratings did decline when it was moved to 7:30pm. I don't care about GSN's "Love block", but GSN could have done this instead with the April 2011 schedule (with Improv and Love Triangle, and everything else happening then)

5:00pm: Syndie Deal or No Deal
    5:30pm: Catch 21 (new)
    6:00pm: The Newlywed Game (new)
    6:30pm: Baggage (new)
    7:00pm: Deal or No Deal
    8:00pm: Drew Carey's Improv-a-Ganza (new)
    8:30pm: Love Triangle (new)
    9:00pm: The Newlywed Game
    9:30pm: Baggage
    10:00pm: Family Feud (Karn)
    10:30pm: Family Feud (O'Hurley)
    11:00pm: Improv
    11:30pm: Love Triangle

The show has been on for a long time. Maybe the low ratings are because the novelty has worn off? This season, they reduced it to either 2 or 3 new nights a week and they added some terrible guest stars/themes.

I'm not sure how well they're doing, but I like the senior ones. I wish GSN didn't make too many "themed" episodes, because they're starting to ware on me. And the same 2 to 3 night a week treatment is happening with The Newlywed Game, but they still have 5 new episodes a week.
