I could. Reduce it to 5.

Which 5? I would prefer I prime time slot, which would be 7pm and then take out the 1pm slot and air classics through 1 or 2pm. But DOND on weekends has been performing well (enough) at 1 and 2pm. It got some good numbers below Family Feud on Saturday

As I've said, I don't like multiple airings every day and on weekends with the exception of repeats of an episode earlier in the day. If they air DOND M-F then drop the weekends. If they are doing good on the weekends drop the weekday daily airings, do 1 night of block scheduling and go that route. Contrary to what someone believes I don't care what the show is or when it was originally on the air; if this one were getting a million viewers for every airing I would still feel the best route is to limit the number of airings because it will keep people tuning for a longer timespan in terms of weeks and months. Running these shows every day, multiple times a day, world without end amen wears them out and makes viewers get tired of them quicker. And while the numbers may hold even with this method, you have to know a portion is new and a portion has quit because they've seen them over and over. Imagine how much better those numbers could be if they limited the airings of all their shows. People wouldn't get sick of seeing them repeatedly and keep watching while transients would come in over time as well.

There we are still saying what I've said. There should be a block marathon on Thursdays, and then weekend slots, OR weekend slots and a daytime weekday slot and no block marathon.

(My choice would be drop the blocks, 7pm weeknights, 1pm and 2pm weekends, Midnight Sunday= 10 slots a week)

I love how the commercial mentions everything except Pyramid. They mention every show and then when they get to Friday the announcer says "And...". No mention of the show.

Falls right in line with their "Don't mention anything too old" policy.

And to echo earlier; I also found it funny that they said "use as directed" as to imply watch only as much as needed. As if they know nobody will stay through the entire block!

Because we all know we wouldn't!

And to everybody else, I saw the new Deal or No Deal commercial for Thursday nights. They're making the game show look so more intense, but I don't think it's going to draw in more viewers, with various other spots to see it on the schedule
