This has happen to me two times GSN has sented me a survey to take and said i would be award 7.500 tokens. I did the surveys but had NEVER been award the tokens. Does this happen to anyone else or are these surveys really from gsn.

I personally have never received a survey, but I have a question,

Do you purchase tokens?

I do not purchase my tokens, we get spins every day for tokens and I use them to play the promo games for oodles. Since I have well over 700,000 tokens, I don't see where I would be running out anytime soon. I keep my wagers reasonable, and sometimes I win. Most of the time I lose, so I would not be very happy about losing 'money' which technically, if I were paying for them, I would be losing money. The only thing a token is worth, is to play the games, which I used to be able to play for free. I can't buy anything with them, so as tight as money is these days, I cannot afford to throw it away.

My guess is that since I do not buy them, I will not receive a survey.

Now, my suggestion is that you write to help@gsn.com and tell them. (I think there is a different department to handle tokens questions,) but it will tell you on the contact page on which one to click on.

most of the time i play with free tokens but yes i purchase 5 dollers of tokes every once in a while. I don't bet big most of the time i play 100 tokens or 200 but i only play video bingo or mad poker.

and yes i mail gsn about it but no reply no big lost, i just thougt maybe it was some form of spam.

I actually took the survey and the reward was 1500 tokens, not 7500. The survey site said it would take 4 days to crdeit my account and it was credited in 3 days. I have purchased tokens once and while I respect Floras' view that it's a waste of real money, IMO, waste is in the eye of the beholder. Spending $4 on a cup of coffee seems a waste to me, but I have a happy, peaceful time playing what I love here and it is a worthwhile expense to me. If you login each day, you get free tokens. Vegas, I would suggest that you add GSN to your address book so they are not identified as spam. I get regular updates about Oodles I have spent, new game promos and verification of any purchases I make. So far, my experience has been completely safe, secure and enjoyable. How many sites can you say THAT about?

I also took the survey, and was never awarded the 1500 tokens. The survey said it would be credited by 2 May. I have
also bought tokens on the days that you were supposed to get 50% more, and I didn't receive that either. Think I won't
be buying much anymore. Also, certain games do not pay. Super slots will just go dead when you get a good hit, and
you have to start the game over. You lose your bet and the winnings.

the first survey was for 1500 and the 2d was for 7500 i got them a week apart. you are right about the coffee lmao and the free tokens last about 10 mins if i'm lucky. But win or lose i do have fun.
