    25,000 pyramid gone?

Please say it ain't so. I love Dick's pyramids and to think that I will only be able to see it on Friday's is horrible. He just died and people are even more interested in watching his shows so why the heck would you take it off now. I'm sorry to say but the version with Osmond is okay but it's not the same as the ones with Dick. If you took it off, why and please bring it back because I'm sure I'm not the only one who will miss them.

I still don't think it's going anywhere. GSN dumping Card Sharks and $25,000 Pyramid would be a ratings nightmare, when they both made a good block at 10am.

The show is disappearing on Friday nights. I think The $25,000 Pyramid is off now. The online schedule has it at 10:30am and 3:00am for Mondays, but I've got a strong feeling it will be Donnymid.

    Goodbye $25,000 Pyramid

I think this whole thing is getting very stupid now. Make up your friggin minds, air it, and leave it alone! I don't think I have ever seen a television network operate like this one that decides towards the end of one week what they'll air the following one. No warning. No commercials. No promotion. Nothing. They just spin their programming wheel and where it stops that what they show. If Clark's gone, I wish they'd just update everything to reflect this. As it is though, I still think they will be back Monday...or next Friday....or three weeks from now....or whatever they decide because GSN is being run by a bunch of people who more and more look like they have no idea what they are doing.

Have you agree with you on that if GSN is going to make a major schedule change, such as removing one program to air another, they should at least inform us ahead of time. As in, airing a commercial a week or two prior to making the change, to at least give others a heads-up.

There was no announcement or commercial saying that Donny's Pyramid would be replacing the $25,000 Pyramid for this week (or however long it's going to last). And my TV guide still showed $25,000 Pyramid on GSN's schedule until yesterday.

Also, I find it odd that they'd replace Dick's Pyramid so soon after he passed away. Why? Is it because they think it's inappropriate to show airings of a show so soon after the host died?

I don't think GSN would ever make a commercial regarding any schedule changes. I liked the commercial they had advertising GSN daytime, featuring shows from 8am-4pm.

But is it inappropriate for GSN to air a show after the host died? TV Land does 6-hour marathons of shows when someone died honoring them, then continued to air the show. I doubt this would be a problem with The $25,000 Pyramid.

    Amen to all of this!

Heck, they probably consider DoND a "flashback" show now (since it's almost 7 years old)

$25,000 Pyramid with Dick Clark will be coming back to air next week, so I'm sure GSN hasn't screwed that up. This is the only week GSN hasn't shown $25,000 Pyramid. As far as I know, it's not off the air

To which I quote Jerry Glanville and say "This is NFL, which stands for Not For Long".

I think there's more to this than GSN, the network for secrets, is letting on. It just feels like a permanent move to me.

I still doubt this. It's Thursday night. We would know by now if they were pulling $25,000 Pyramid for good.
