They just promoted The $25,000 Pyramid by itself for Friday Night. Maybe, just maybe we have a chance of seeing it again Friday Night.
Were there any $25K Pyramid episode clips in the ads? If so, could you by chance tell which eps. the clips were from? Or was it just a generic ad without clips? I didn't see the ad.
Anyway, remember, they were advertising $25K Pyramid for Friday night last week too, and Donnymid still showed up, so still take these ads with a very large grain of salt.

And now BuzzerBlog has posted that GSN will air Donny's Pyramid on Friday night.
I really don't know what's going on anymore, but I'm tired of GSN flip-flopping like this. If they want to replace Dick with Donny permanently, then they should make it official and stop beating around the bush about it. And if there's some behind-the-scenes issue with them airing $25K Pyramid, then they should really get it settled quickly, or just find an alternate option.
Well said. It would be one thing if they simply said something or changed the ad and put a clip of Donny in them. Then at least they would make their stance clear. Instead, they are trying the old York/Sargent Bewitched method of programming (hoping nobody notices that the Pyramid they're airing doesn't match the ad), thereby upsetting more people in the process.
Then again, maybe they simply like upsetting people.
I don't know what's going on either, but maybe GSN saw the ratings for Donnymid last Friday and they were decent, so it gets another Friday night block. 25k Pyramid still has the 10:30am slot next week. If Donny didn't do as well at 10:30am last week, compared to Clark's last week in that slot (which was a 263k average I believe), then maybe they will keep Clark at 10:30am. Who knows.
I'm surprised. It's mid Wednesday afternoon and we're seeing the $25,000 Pyramid for Friday nights and for next week. It would shock me to see a new lease of The $25,000 Pyramid.

Buzzerblog is really saying that? This doesn't make sense. Only 48 hours away we have a pdf and an online schedule that says The $25,000 Pyramid (Clark) will air Friday night
Buzzerblog (Alex) probably just got a new PDF schedule which reflects the Friday night change to Donnymid; likely GSN just hasn't gotten around to updating their online schedule yet. I'm sure soon enough that the online schedule will show Donnymid for Friday night as well, and probably next week again. I'm not surprised at all; like I said, just expect Donnymid from here on out, and if Clark shows up somewhere then be pleasantly surprised.
Yeah, I'm assuiming Dick Clark's version is gone for awhile, and that GSN needs to reflect these changes.
I seriously hope this doesn't happen but Alex, as always is probably right. But the last pdf was just updated Monday at 4:40pm, which annoys me, and it's been almost two days since. GSN has been changing their schedule too much with this lately.

You do realize they pulled this same song and dance on THURSDAY afternoon last week, right? By their recent standards, this is ample notice.
