A few days after ABC announced their new summer reality series "The Glass House", it looks like CBS has threatened to sue them for copyright infringement on their Big Brother series. Along with this, CBS has already sent out warning letters to some of the people involved in the production of Glass House, who previously worked on Big Brother, reminding them of the contracts they signed with CBS in the past.
Now, aside from the fact that I'm sick of living in a day and age where it seems like anyone can sue you at any time and for any reason (i.e. see the recent story of the woman picking up a lottery ticket in the trash, winning the million, and then being sued by another woman who claims to have been the person who originally threw the ticket in the trash bin), should ABC decide not to proceed with production on Glass House, it would open up a spot on their schedule for something else.
And I'm hoping it will be a game show. The Exit List anyone? Here's hoping...
