I did have a thought that American Bible Challenge could go to 8pm ET. Maybe that change isn't so bad in the 6pm hour because I don't think The Newlywed Game or Baggage perform that strong there.

But I'm not sure I'd put it like that.

On GSN's forums, we (the users)think that there was a new lease and the episodes aren't ready yet for $25,000 Pyramid, or something along those lines. And I hope they don't put shows like The Newlywed Game and Harvey Feud before noon on weekdays. The favorites for the morning are Match Game, Password, Card Sharks and The $25,000 Pyramid. If GSN realizes that an older audience, and an audience that likes classics are watching GSN from 8am-4pm.

The key word is "think". I don't think they'd need that much time to get an old show ready to run (at best, maybe a week, tops). They didn't need any time to show Donny without advanced warning, did they? So I doubt they're simply finalizing things; they appear to have moved on IMO.

And GSN wants to expand beyond an older audience (because, frankly, they almost have to). That's why I say those other shows could be considered; they're fresher in the minds of the younger target demo, which means they'll recognize it quicker.

The Newlywed Game and Baggage have performed well in the 6pm hour from 2009 to about early 2012, then they've been doing poorly lately. The Newlywed Game performs best at 6:30pm, and Baggage is on hold right now. Who knows what network it will even by syndicated on? So I would like to see new episodes of The Newlywed Game at 6:30pm, because whatever is on at 7pm usually does weak because of Jeopardy!/WOF

I remember when The Newlywed Game and Baggage got fantastic numbers in the 500K's. 400K isn't bad but, when a show performs well and goes down to 300K, I have to question it.

It's probably doing poor because, when GSN got Love Triangle, Lingo (Engvall), and Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza, they switched the times, which they shouldn't have done. Bad mistake. But at this point, it doesn't hurt switching the times.

Deal or No Deal did great when it started and that was on at 7pm. If I recall, it got 400K-500K.

The Newlywed Game usually gets numbers from 250K-350K with the new episode runs we've had since March. Then, Baggage gets all over the 200K's, which is not impressive. I don't see why GSN ordered the new episode airings as they did. Air The Newlywed Game at 6 and Baggage at 6:30pm every night.

Love Triangle only messed up The Newlywed Game/Baggage airtimes. Not any other show. The Newlywed Game always did well still at 6:30pm
