Problems with Speakeasy Solitaire game

Has anyone else had a problem with speakeasy solitaire and what can we do to correct this problem or is gsn's problem and not ours. Once in a while it will play maybe 1 or 2 games and after that the game will not fill in and I loose what I had spent for playing the game. Help what can I do???

it has never worked for me. i assumed it was due to my older computer.

yes it doesnt work tried it a few times just walk away from it , they can throw that game to grave yard too!

You can read it and see that many have had problems. I still haven't played my games for the promotion today.... I sure hope it works okay for me. (I've never played the game.)

Thank You, Thank You, I had over 650,000 tokens and now I have 390,000 tokens.It took most of my tokens that I didn't not bet.How can I get my correct
tokens restored? I tried to report this error,but no reponse.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you bet the highest amount per game? You said you tried to report it, did you email help@gsn.com ?? They can maybe help you.

I reduced the bet to 1 token per card for 52 per game. I tried to play but it was so jerky and hard to see. And when I'd try to place a card on another, often it wouldn't accept it and I had to try to place it several times before it would "stick." Finally, in frustration, I just played the 15 games by exiting out right after the cards were dealt. I have a ton of tokens I don't do anything with anyway, so I just wanted the oodles. But I was very disappointed in how this game behaved when trying to play it.

Today is the first time I have played this game. I do not like it. It is easy to mistake clubs for spades and eights for nines. I prefer nice crisp graphics to these.

Carolwalk47 - if you do not reduce the tokens at the beginning of the game, you are playing for 5000 tokens PER CARD for a total of 260,000 tokens per games. Is it possible that you did not reduce the number of tokens in one of your games? You do have to reduce it every game. It does not carry over. In face, I just did that myself, I clicked on Play game before reducing and lost 260,000 tokens. It is ridiculous that it starts you with an amount that high. All of these games should start with a lower amount and let you increase rather than a high amount that you have to decrease.

If you click on My Tokens and review Transaction History, you can see what your wager was each game. Mine all said 52 except for the one where I accidentally didn't reduce it. That one said 260,000.

I played it on Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer and did not have any technical problems.

I've played this game before (for fun) on IE and there were no issues. I just went and tried it today and had no issues. Some people (i.e. Carolwalk47) may want to note that when the game first loads that it gives a suggested bid based on your token balance. For example, mine started at 500, but I lowered it to 100. You can change it to whatever you want (as long as you have 52 tokes). As for everyone else, I have no idea if it's due to your computer because I have a 6 month old computer. However, if the other flash games work, I don't know why this one wouldn't.

Thanks for everything....Iam remembering that when I pressed the start button the tokens had already been reduced to the 390,000.
I don't know what happened.I played this before and don't remember having any problems.Oh well I guess I'll start rebuilding my tokens
count.Again,thank you everyone for your help. By the way my computer is fairly new.

Check your token transaction history. It will tell you when and why your tokens were reduced.

Sorry, carol... I answered the same as everyone here on the other thread about Speakeasy Solitaire. It really does suck that the bet is defaulted to such a high amount. We should have to INCREASE it not DECREASE it!

Yeah, I just did a quick load/quit to get through the required number of games, and only after the first couple did I realize that it was charging me 260,000 tokens per game. Holy crap! So I wasted half of my worthless tokens, but since they're worthless, I guess it's no big.

I did the same as you Mellow, started with 600,000 ended with 300,000. I caught my mistake by the third game. I knew I wasn't the only one this happened to. I can't believe how high the default bid is. None of the other casino games are like that, are they? I would've been pissed if I couldn't finish the promo.

Oh, I know, that's the only thing tokens are good for. I saw that it said 5000 tokens in big print, so I didn't realize that meant per card or whatever. I hadn't played before. Well, that'll learn me, I guess.
