TPiRecap: 15 May 2012 (Salute to Law Enforcement Spectacular)

The word "spectacular" has rarely been used this loosely.

And just because I really don't like having unnecessary holes in my blog, here's yesterday's episode, albeit in speedrun form.

Two WTH moments from me in this episode:

WTH at the Coming Or Going setup? That was pure evil. I would've gotten that one wrong too.

WTH at Allegra being almost $20? I remember seeing a comment on here somewhere that said Allegra has become an evil product on TPiR, and now I see why. Brutal. Absolutely brutal. I bet the monkeys at Allegra were laughing their butts off after seeing that.

In a game like this, however, Allegra is anything but evil. All you have to remember is that it's (virtually) always going to be the most expensive GP in a lineup, and plan accordingly. Unfortunately, Janet wasn't wise to that little ploy, and you see the result.

(And I have seen Allegra products as high as $29.99 before, which I believe is the upper limit for consideration as a GP. It is, in fact, higher than many of the small prizes in games like Plinko, ½ Off, Secret "X," you name it.)
