Hebrew National Not Kosher, Let's Sue 'Em
Here's the story.
Another useless lawsuit if you ask me.

I have only briefly heard about this story, and I disagree with this being "useless." I have always believed that the American commerce/marketplace was careful to watch and make sure that the companies selling us their products are supposed to show on their label exactly what 'ingredients' are contained in the product(s) we buy from them. Although nobody got physically sick, and no one died, it still is wrong for "Hebrew National" to be marketing, advertising, and selling ANY of their products to be 'kosher' when they were not (if that is indeed the case.) If I later found out, or was told by someone that food I had previously ingested was really different than what I believed it to be, I certainly would feel ill, and maybe even then WANTED to die!
