No tokens awarded?

I know how you feel, Tslash; that kind of thing happens a lot here even with the cash competition games. And, so far, I've compained but I don't recall any time that I was able to get justice though. The first time it happened when I played the cash competition, I stopped playing any cash competition games for about two or three years, I only recently started playing cash competion again but I won't do any entry fees higher than 2.50.

However, I got a dispute going on right now with the tokens. Earlier today I was stiffed for 12585 tokens while playing the Double Trouble game. It was Double Trouble alright. On one ocassion, I played a game to completion and I was supposed to have been reward 585 tokens that round but my token meter was unchanged. Also, I logged out of gsn.com with 24700 meters earlier today but when I logged back into my account my token meter read on 12700. The game just jipped me out 12000. I contacted them and told them that they have better at least give me back the 12000 because that was an allotment from the group that I paid for. The 585 was earned from my free token amount. So, I don't care if they return that or not - I prefer that they do. But they have better return the 12000 that I paid for back, or a vowed to never pay for another token again! Something that I usually never do. In fact, this was the first time I've paid for tokens since they adopted that system. But if this is what I can expect, I will never again!

I thought my eyes were seeing things when my account tokens seem to go up or down regardless of what I do on any given day!!

I earn tokens but it is not reflected on the tokens board. I will logout nad back in and my tokens will be down!!

Then the next day they are back up again to a different spot they were the next day!!

I thought it was me but then started taking note of it nad saw this. Not sure if the tokens are in real time or if someone is inputting them (good luck with that!!).
