How do you get more tokens without having to buy them? I have 3 tokens left and not enough to play any games since you need at least 100 to play.

I played the double trouble game today 7/17/12 for the first time. It started up okay but after a few games I picked to play 600 oodles per game but when I started to quite I played 3 games at 600 each. and i played and when I got to the 3 game from the end I played untiol I have somewhere around 585 tokens won but it would not give me the token and when I tried to move around the board It locked up and and I ahd to force the sscreen to x out of the game and so then I went back on the 2nd to the last game and I made 1,580 toikens and it did the same thing that happen before and I lost these tokens also and the 3rd game did the same thing and I had to repeat the same thing but I lost another 1, 600 I think it was arounds these amounts and when I went out I checked my tokens and it took the 600 x 3 that amounted 1,,800 taken out of my tokens but it did not give the one wons that i made playing the game . I hope someone will get this message because the times I wrote before I never did find out what happen to the message or get a answer. please angels or someone help me out on this because i need the tokens to play. thanks alot
