I've read several posts (on a Facebook page I go to) where the same thing has happened. Not only are they getting deducted the 500 they received yesterday but they are having 1,500 oodles taken away that they never received in the first place. That's definitely NOT how it should be. Hope you get it straightened out, leanne!

They'll get back to you, leanne. Make sure the response doesn't go to your Spam folder (I don't know if you've ever written to them before). I think they must be inundated with complaints about this because, like I said, this happened to many other people too. Instead of just deducting the 500 for the Ogre flag, they deducted 1,500. They may even realize their mistake and amend it themselves. But if you don't hear back from them by tomorrow afternoon, I'd write again.

No reply from GSN but i got my oodles credited back today so looks like they realized their mistake. YEAH!!!
