Rare occurrence on O'Hurley Feud (6/29)

I noticed that both families were back on today's episode of Family Feud at 5pm from yesterday. The family on the left were 5-day champions, while the family on the right got called back by the judges, because of a controversy on an answer from the previous episode.

The family on the right also had the man in the navy outfit.

That happened on an episode from Harvey's second season as well, with the Bailey and Fornario families. They never did say what the reason was.

It happened on a 2010-11 episode of Harvey Feud, which aired recently on GSN too. But this is the first time this has happened on O'Hurley so far.

It also happened on Karn's version. The families on the first episode also played on the 2nd episode (of the 1st season)

Has that passed in the cycle of episodes airing Saturday nights, or is that coming up?

If the 2002-03 episodes have been airing on Saturday nights already, I think this episode's already passed.

Ok. The episodes have only been airing 2 at a time, probably since Karn's premiere. That may have been in April after DWTS was taken away, so we have seen about 20 episodes in the 2002-03 season so far on Saturday nights since April

How many episodes are in the whole season, does anyone know? If it's 39 or so, I think we should be coming up on it real soon, considering it's only the second one.

Usually in a whole season of Family Feud, or any of the main syndicated game shows (J!, WOF, Millionaire, Family Feud) there are about 165 half-hour episodes. Millionaire has been reduced to fewer episodes in the 2011-12 season, Harvey only had 150 episodes in 2011-12, but 165 in 2010-11. Don't Forget the Lyrics in syndication had 160 episodes in 2010.

So somewhere around 150-165, more likely closer to 165 episodes per season.

Yeah, safe to say we're not seeing it anytime soon then. Maybe it's on YouTube.

They'll cycle these episodes sometime throughout the next couple months again. Right now Karn Feud is cycling at 9:30am the 2003-04 episodes, at 5:30pm and 1am the 2004-05 episodes (but not same night repeats, different parts of the seasons). On Sundays at 3 and 3:30pm, it is the 2005-06 season. And same goes for Monday's primetime block.

I hope that's some help for you

Oh awesome, so we'll be seeing it on Sundays or maybe Mondays then. Thanks, that did actually help.

No, I was referring to the second episode of the first season, above, where the two families played against each other for a second time. If we're in the 2005-06 season, especially halfway through, it'll cycle back to the 2002-03 season soon, and we'll see that episode.

Ok. That's obviously past. So it may be coming up on Monday nights if they cycle back to the beginning, but who knows what prime time will bring us in August
