Yep, I can see it now.
I like how the blocks behind the nameplate flash different colors. Thankfully the set looks a lot brighter this time.

Perhaps you should practice what you preach, Steve.
The first time someone I knew, someone of an older age who watched Karn and O'Hurley Feud, said the set looks "very bright, nuts and vivid" on a recent GSN episode, in the 2010-11 season. Karn's set was dull, O'Hurley's set spiced things up, especially after 2008. Harvey's set is just exciting, but good of course.
GSN has already acquired the 2011-12 season of Family Feud in the package of 315 episodes, leased in March. GSN is not allowed to show them until September.
Same goes with a show like Dancing with the Stars. GSN was not allowed to show season 14 of Dancing with the Stars, since it was airing on ABC.
In my opinion, GSN should hold off on the 2011-12 season. They are still recent. I would wait until about January. Let the 2010-11 episodes cycle the schedule a few times throughout the next six months, then the 2010-11 season should get pushed to the current slots on weekends, and the 2011-12 season new on Wednesdays, and reran in the 6pm hour, and then again in the 11pm hour all 5 weekdays. Something like that.
GSN has too much going on this early Fall, between American Bible Challenge and Beat the Chefs, then The Pyramid, War of the Rose Sisters and a new season of The Newlywed Game, which are all on track to premiere in August/September. So hold off on Harvey, GSN
Wow, okay, didn't know that. I mean, I figured they weren't supposed to air them until September, but I thought they weren't supposed to acquire them until the season was over.
