Is it possible to change user names?

I've been wanting to change my user name for a little while now, but I don't know if this is possible or not. Can I change my user name to something else?

XkaVader1, you can request to have your current account disabled, and create a new one. The only drawback would be your current username would display as "Banned" when really you wouldn't be.

Yes, you do have to close your other account. That way GSN doesn't find anything suspicious if you see what I'm saying. You should have emailed help@gsn.com before creating that other account, but hopefully better late than never. Here's 1 reason that GSN probably doesn't want you to have 2 accounts.

1. So GSN doesn't suspect your doing oodles or tokens on both accounts and "cheating".

They do allow 2 accounts per household for 2 people though.

I sent them an email via Hotmail, but when I clicked on the link that phimat provided, it told me that I needed Outlook 2010. I tried that, but I couldn't get Outlook to work, so I used Hotmail instead.

You can send GSNAngel a PM and request to have your XkaVader1 account closed. See if that helps. I suggest you send GSNAngel a PM from your newest username.

Also, did you try selecting and copying the help@gsn.com email address and pasting it onto the "To" area of your email on Hotmail?

Well, I didn't copy and paste the address, but I typed it in exactly as it was.

I will go ahead and send her a PM with my new account. Hopefully that works.

I closed your XkaVader1 account. Another thing to keep in mind if you close an account, Oodles and Tokens are not transferable.
