Banning of computers

I use my sisters computer as my mother, my brother and 2 of my nieces. So there would be multiple accounts. We all have different names some of us have the same address and some of us dont. As my sister, my nieces and my mother have the same address. My brother and I have a different address. We can not use our rewards points for anything cause we can not become cash competitors and in order to use your rewards points you have to become a cash competitor. When you become a cash competitor you do not earn the rewards points like you did when u was not one. You can only earn 10 rewards points a day unless you keep adding more money to your account
