I have had problems and I only go to twitter and this site. I added an ad blocker, but I still get the flashing ads alongside the games. Also, the computer freezes up when I am playing the games, especially when I have a really good score going. The problem here is that even though the game freezes, the timer plays catch up when the game starts to work again, taking off all of those seconds that passed while it was frozen. Many times I have thought that this is GSN's way of cheating, so we do not get that high score, therefore giving us more oodles. It does this on Cubis constantly, and I have problems with it freezing up entirely during Suds.

I have written help@gsn.com and told them of this problem. The first time I wrote, they said it was my computer. The next time it happened, I ran defrag, ran spybot search and destroy, cccleaner and my avg. Made sure my java and adobe was up to date and then wrote them when it happened again right after I did everything. I told them it was not my computer, that they had glitches that needed to be fixed. For about 1 week it ran better, and then, started right back up.

I also got a virus (Trojan) that I could not get rid of. I had to pay a tech $20.00 to fix this problem for me. Talk about frustrating.

And no, my husband is not a computer tech, and my spouse and I live on ss only. (We went through all of our savings when I had cancer) Money is very tight for us, and I realize that there are many out there with the same problem. The economy is so poor and these computer problems are becoming more frequent.

I think the best way to get gsn to look into this problem is if we all write to help@gsn.com at the same time and inundate them with the e-mails. They need to know, and understand, the problem is on there end. It is up to them to fix the problems.

Adblocker's found in your Firefox ad-ons, srry don't know about IE, so yes it's perfectly safe because it's from Firefox. Just in case you don't know this, I didn't If your computer screen's set up like mine, on the top lft of the screen, click the orange firefox square, this will get you there.

flora1941, if you're using Firefox try another browser. Sometimes Firefox and flash don't play well together and the browser freezes or crashes.
