If you are talking about a scratcher ticket it is probably still waiting for you to play. This confussed me also the 1st time I played them. Go back to the one you bought and check if it says play ticket. Good Luck
i got 2 in a row once they were all black. i wrote a nice note to the help people and they responded right away and refunded my oodles so if you do not get the play now butten, try the gsn help people. they are very nice!

But I wonder if the person who started this thread is even checking back here. Maybe they thought they WERE writing to GSN directly and not starting a thread on the boards.... "deerhuntergal" doesn't appear to have come back here... I hope she does or I hope she got the problem resolved.

This also happened to me, twice. I was hoping they would show up, but no luck. I think I'll just save my Oodles.
I am convinced the scratch and win tickets do not work. I lost 1,000 Ooddles on it. They area scam and don't work. AFTER you buy they say no refunds because I think it does not work most the time. U have seen many people complain. it is a scam to steal oodles from you.
I've seen many people with problems but I also know of many people (myself included) for whom they HAVE worked and have won.
Once again, it is NOT a scam. If you write to help@gsn.com they can see (I believe) if you have used the ticket you purchased and will help you to get it working. No, there are no refunds but they want you to be able to play the ticket you bought.
