    world winner

There is a sticky titled ticked off under general regarding world winner.I would like to know as I am considering playing for cash and redeeming rewards for gift certificates if this is the usual form asking for a credit card number when they call you and why do they need it if you have already played for cash?

I myself am having issues with World Winner. I have not played for cash on the site, but it doesn't seem right that they should be calling you for a credit card number, especially when you make a deposit to play for cash you have to enter a credit card number to make the deposit with. I would be leery of them calling me and asking for it.

I would never ever give a credit card # to anyone calling me and asking for it. This sounds very fishy to me, and I would call World Winner and ask them about this. DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION to someone calling and saying they are with a major business and asking for a card #. More than likely this is someone wanting to use your credit card.

I had over 162,000 reward points and signed up to be a cash player so I could redeem my points. I was given $20 in game credits. The reward thing is a scam. Don't waste your money!

I had a cash account with about 5 dollars in it. I had been a member for years. My husband decided to open one up. He used his credit card with his name on it, mine had my name on it and they accused us of being the same person and closed both of our accounts. I had about 14,000 reward points. I guess they wanted to make sure I couldnt use them. I think there is an idiot in the office that is getting a kick about having the authority to someones account if they want to. They do not give you a chance to defend yourself or reply with an email except to say "its a business decision".Sounds like a child with a bighead security job. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

I WOULD LABEL THIS A SCAM. I saved up nearly 68,000 rewards points to get my $100 Walmart card. I played for nearly a year as a free player to get this. You have to be a cash player to collect the $100 gift card. Here is where the scam comes in. As soon as I become a cash player, they converted all my rewards points to $20 playing cash. Bye, bye rewards, back to zero. I also read you won’t be getting the same free rewards plays as you used to. I also don’t even have the option of taking the cash out of the account. I can only play on it. However, I read they then send me a tax form to make sure I claim this money that I can’t get out.
