Wonder wheel page is frozen and I can't redeem my spins

Hope someone can help me. My wonder wheel page froze up when I spinned. It landed on the basket game and then the basket game completely disappeared. I can not spin or do nothing on that page now. I have rebooted computer and also logged out and logged back in. My Mom's and Dad's page has the same problem. There pages are frozen as well with the basket game gone. I have messaged GSN but was hoping maybe someone here can help so I don't have to wait for a response from GSN and can get to redeeming my spins daily as I don't like them to build up.

Write to help@gsn.com and explain to them what has happened. They will help you. But please note that it can take up to 72 hours to receive a response, although I have never had to wait that long. Usually they get back to me within a 24 hour period. Good luck and welcome to gsn

Sometimes you're able to click on the spot where basket game would be and it works. Good luck.

Count how many spins you have, before - sometimes it's still there, sounds like you have too many things going at once to freeze up that much!

Just a note about not saving up your Wonder Wheel spins... it's up to you of course, but when they have Double Oodles Days, having those 62 spins is very rewarding... I get around 4,200 extra oodles for those!

Sorry about the freezing up... I've had problems with Wonder Wheel in the past but not lately at all (except my computer is slow and old and the games themselves are sometimes very "jerky" and hard to play).
