Video Bingo? Do you mean token winnings or have you already finished all 250 games? Try emailing GSN help (contact us) or GSNAngel directly in the forums. No offense GSN, but I haven't had the greatest of luck with emailing "help" and I've heard the same from others. However, if GSNAngel can anwswer your question, she is GREAT about responding quickly to personal forum emails. You might want to try her first.

Hey, Dorothy, I was just checking in to see if you had any more questions because something occurred to me that you might not know. When there is a promo where you have to compete in cash competitions, your progress is monitored in cash competitions (worldwinner). Also, when you complete the promo requirements, you do not receive your oodles right away. Look at the fine print and it will say something like, "Oodles will be awarded on or before mm/dd/yy". I just thought that maybe this was the issue you were talking about so I thought I'd mention it.

Well, actually, with the Video Bingo promo, once you complete all 250 rounds, you *will* receive the 1,200 oodles. It's only on the promos played on World Winner (like today's Winner Wednesday) that there is the delay of usually 5-7 days after the promo ends before you are awarded your oodles.

I'm wondering if maybe Dorothy just doesn't realize that she is playing with tokens and not oodles... you won't receive any oodles for games you win in Video Bingo... you are "paid" in tokens only.
