The network should change the name to FFN. Last night, the same question was used in three different episodes out of 4 that I watched. Seriously 5+ hours a day is way too much.

Family Feud currently has 88 slots a week on GSN, and most of them are in bulks like this...
Weekdays 5-7pm
Monday nights 7-11pm
Wednesday nights 7-11pm
Saturdays 5pm-Midnight
Sundays 3-6pm
That covers 56 of the slots. The others are 8am, 9:30am, 12:30am, 1am (Monday-Friday); 11pm hour (7 days a week)
Harvey has 36 slots a week, O'Hurley has 22 slots a week, Karn has 25 slots a week, Dawson has 5 slots at 8am.
There you have it, 88 slots of Feud a week
The host who had the most episodes to show has the least amount of showing on schedule.
Get used to it; Feud is their best performer (along with 5th Grader), and they're gonna run it until it falters.
Right now Feud dominates over 5th Grader most of the time, and Feud just has a better gameplay and more episodes. Plus, Feud dominates since it has 88 slots a week, while 5th Grader (only) has 5. Then after 5th Grader dominating, it's just Catch 21, Chain Reaction and Whammy! that get the top slots usually near 30th place.
I love Family Feud. Dawson was the best, I think, and my favorite, but I also like Karn, O'Hurley, and Harvey. Fun game show to play along with. GSN may air a lot, but right now, with Harvey as a lead in to Monday and Saturday nights, Karn/O'Hurley do well and will continue to do well.
However, I still say Dawson shouldn't be shoved up to 8am or 9am where he does worst. He should go in at 12:30pm where he did best a few years ago. The thing is how GSN schedules their shows, like classics. Dawson or any other classic for that matter can't do worst at every time slot. Classics do best somewhere.
I wasn't happy a few years ago when GSN moved a lot of classics, but I grew to accept it. And I'm thankful Family Feud still lives on GSN no matter who hosts it. Same for Press Your Luck (Whammy!) I like the Whammy revival from 2002 as well also. Wish that lasted longer along with Chain Reaction.
Just my thoughts. GSN chooses to shove Dawson to a early slot because Karn, O'Hurley and Harvey are the new ones and the fresh ones.

As long as Feud continues to get good ratings, GSN will air it up the wazoo. That's just how it is.
