how long does it take for a book to be sent?

A few weeks or more i ordered a book of the week and I still have not received it. How long does it take for it to normally to arrive? Please let me know, thank you Kris Yahner

I'm not sure but I also have a question. When I go to play any of the casino games, the screen comes up small. For example, in wheel of fortune slots, I can play it but if i get 3 wheels in a row and go to a bonus round, I can't spin the wheel because my screen is too small. Does anyone know how I can expand any of the screens in any of the casino games?

Glad you got it. Usually the Prize Department is super fast. But I believe they say 4-6 weeks for prizes. But, like Rachel, I've always received my stuff in less than 10 days.
