Everything is straightened out now... got the 2,500 tokens deducted and got credited the 500 oodles. Yeah!

I have E-mailed GSN 2 times since 7/31 about not recieving my 2500 Tokens that I choose for Facebook Fan Appreciation . I recieved 2 E-mails from them since than ,stating that they credited me 500 Oodles and deducted 2500 Tokens from my account????????? . I was wondering what I need to do in order for them to adjust MY Account correctly, as I would rather have been awarded MY CHOICE of 2500 TOKENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone Have ANY SUGGESTIONS< how I can rectify this ??????????? Thanks

kimflies... first, take a deep breath. Believe me, I know how frustrating it can be dealing with Help. In this case, I suppose they were inundated with emails from crediting tokens instead of oodles so I'm sure your letter got caught up in that whole fiasco.
Now that things have calmed down, write them again and tell them that although you realize other people had the opposite thing happen, that you in fact wanted the *tokens* and NOT the oodles. Hopefully, it will get straightened out for you. Good luck!
chainy: Are you sure you never got those 2,500 tokens you say they deducted? You can check that day in your gold Tokens Briefcase... it was on July 27, and would have said, "Fan Coupon Redemption" with an increase of 2,500 tokens. But if you don't care about the tokens anyway, I'd let it slide if they deducted from you without you getting them.
I too got stuck up in the fiasco not realizing that my oodles should have already been credited-I emailed gsn help this afternoon and within an hour my 2500 tokens were deducted and my 500 oodles were credited.
must write . . . almost a week later and my account was never corrected. Just wrote to help, we'll see how long it takes for the correction to happen.
