    American Bible Challenge teams announced

With the premiere now two weeks away, GSN on their corporate website has released a list of team names. Each team consists of three people, and their will be three teams per episode. There are a total of 18 teams, meaning there will be six episodes of American Bible Challenge, lasting through Thursday, September 27th.

Note that all the teams are either from Georgia, Illinois, California or Texas, since the five 'Bible' audition cities were held in Sacramento, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas.

The episode number for Beat the Chefs is still unknown

Bowling competitive teams usually have more than three members, and last longer

My money is on the Georgia Grace Girls.
Past Videogame Marathon champions: Michelle Wie, Rob Cesternino, Marie Digby, Quentin "Rampage" Jackson and ijustine.

The latest set photos are up on GSN's corporate page amongest the many other photos of the teams for the American Bible Challenge

The podium with Jeff looks pretty nice, but it looks like they're trying to copy Jeopardy a little bit with the TV screen behind it.

Then for the rest of the set with the total of three contestants looks like a combination of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader and 2011 Lingo. Try to figure that one out.

Well, I'll give this one a shot. I know a little bit about the Bible.

Heck, you're with everybody else. Not too much of the population knows about a lot of information and history of the Bible. But as we knew back in March, and even before that we these shows were introduced that GSN would start trying different types of shows rather than simple shows like Lingo, Catch 21 and 1 vs 100. We've got a Bible-themed show, a cooking show and then five different types of reality shows, one in development, if not others.

That's where I get worried if American Bible Challenge will do well. Hopefully it doesn't ask questions too complicated for the general public

I got a feeling that this show is just going to be a vehicle for the "teams" to proselytize.
Bring High Rollers to GSN please!

Teams of three. I wonder why they did that. It reminds me too much of Chain Reaction, two other GSN originals and 5th Grader (looking at whole set)
