I still question whether or not Pay The Rent will ever be fully won. I like what that contestant did because he had the right idea. It just wasn't meant to be I guess.
I would've started off with the corn chips in the mail box. Then the sticky notes and chocolate syrup in the first floor. Then the pens and flavoring in the second floor, with the erase board in the attic. That's how I would've done it. If only I had swapped the chips with the pens, I would've had it right.I would've stopped at $10,000 though if that was me playing the game.
Not changing this until GSN acquires Supermarket Sweep. Started: 7-22-2012.
Fan of the Purple Parrots, a Legends of the Hidden Temple team.
It would be a lot better if TPIR started out their season on the Back to School specials, though by September 24th it might be a little late. Opening up another year with TPIR would be great to go along with the school year
I wasn't surprised Double Cross was going to be played today. On the pricing game lineup predictions thread on BigJon's forums, I was the only one to predict Double Cross for today's episode plus being won, and lo and behold! My predictions were right on the money!
I bet the clip will appear on YouTube over the weekend.

Good move, GSN, for finally picking up more Press Your Luck and $ale of the Century!
He was definitely one of the few contestants who had the right idea of how to play it.

No faith in Mike today? Who's to say he was even there. He did say in an interview that he was missing the show because of something else.
I stand corrected, then. But I can't seem to make the change in the recap; every time I try, I lose all the formatting and the recap becomes a mess. Huh. That never happened before... I'll have to look into it.*bzz!* Try Mochrie, since the Green Screen of Doom is an ode to Whose Line Is It Anyway? (US version, natch), which Colin was always in front of.![]()
