    To Tell the Truth?

I remember when I first started waching "GSN", they used to air "To Tell the Truth" every day. I kind of liked seeing that show every day. When did they stop airing it on the channel?

According to Alex Davis' GSN schedule archive at BuzzerBlog, Bud Collyer's black-and-white version of To Tell the Truth was last seen on the schedule at 3:30 AM, the week of 3-23-09. That was also the last week for John O'Hurley's color version at 3:00 PM weekdays. Both versions had weekend showings that week. I was a little surprised to see 14 runs of TTTT in all for the week.

Next week Password took over the 3:30 AM slot and Tom Bergeron's Hollywood Squares took 3:00 PM.

I was wondering why O'Hurley Truth left the air at the same time as the older versions of TTTT, as GSN picked it up separately from other Fremantle/GT shows?

Could have just been coincidence. Not long afterwards (6/1/09) Chuck moved into 3:00 PM, where he still hangs out. After the experiment with Dawson Feud and Password, Card Sharks eventually took the 3:00 AM hour, except on weekends.

Thanks. I was just wondering, because I kind of liked it.
