Heck, it worked so well in new runs in 2010 and 2011. If only it could still do as well. But, it doesn't belong anywhere in daytimeOriginally Posted by Melyssa56

I'd break this down quote by quote, but not gonna. PYL was picked up so you were wrong.
I think Lyrics will find its way onto the schedule. Presumably CMT or somebody like that hasn't vied for it. I think they'll probably get Wayne's and Mark's versions. Albeit Mark's version sucked pretty bad. Probably a replacement for a late night slot
I assume that GSN will finally get Wheel Of Fortune next year.

GREAT DAY FOR HOCKEY! PENGUINS!!
I'm sorry if I mentioned it.
If they didn't jump on the rights to Wheel after the Black Friday 2010 marathon scored great ratings, I'm not sure if they will now. I'd guess that there's something (such as cost and/or restrictions by Sony) holding them back from doing so. Then again, who knows how much longer they can put up with dismal ratings during the noon hour?
Heck if they aired Wheel of Fortune at 2pm and 2:30pm on Black Friday 2010, then they could air a Jeopardy!/Wheel of Fortune hour there, and I could actually see it doing well. But, I would have a classic as a lead in instead of 5th Grader, in my view.
There's no reason not to try an hour of those shows at 2pm, if GSN can.
