Tiki games problem

when playing Tiki game it is not letting me continue to play. The game sis not giving me appropriate tokens, it shows Nan for balance and does not give credits for special games. I cannot continue to play the game to receive credits.

You should probably have put this thread in the Casino Games section... in fact, there is a thread about just this problem from a while ago.... This happens every once in awhile. It says that "NaN" message which means you don't have enough tokens but it shows it when you have plenty of tokens and you have to keep re-starting the game.

Write to help@gsn.com and see if they can help you or at least report the problem to them so they can work on fixing it. I haven't started playing my Game of the Week yet so I don't know if I'll encounter that problem or not. It might be better by tomorrow on its own. Good luck!

ive had the same problem all week. Also I stay logged on even though I log off when I leave.
