Alex (from Buzzerblog) tweeted today (5/27)that it was Mikki's birthday from Catch 21. I wonder why he would just randomly tweet this, considering there was no mention of this on GSN's Facebook or Twitter.

Alex probably doesn't even know that Catch 21 has been "cancelled"

Actually, GSN did mention this on their Facebook. It can be seen on the main page of these forums.

If you're talking about age ratings (what the show is rated), I question if Catch 21 should be TV Mature at times

I just can't watch many of the newer modern game shows...Chain Reaction, Catch 21, and to a lesser extent Lingo...the contestants are just dumb as rocks. Watching is like pulling teeth.

Lingo was good...at least the Woolery version when it came to contestats. But the Catch 21 contestants were too much for me, so I agree with you there. Catch 21's contestants weren't usually the smartest, also because the show was based on trivia questions only, and a card game. CR had some good contestants, but had a lot of DUMB ones too.

I want to bring up, watching Catch 21 lately, I noticed when someone mispronounces a word, they don't accept the answer. Like today, when someone mispronounced "Activist". These judges on these game shows are so picky. Just like on Jeopardy!. It's been kind of irking me.

I have found myself a new morning routine starting today. I have started to watch Catch 21 every day and I saw my first real episode starting today and let me tell you Alfonso is AMAZING and he's really cool. And by watching Catch 21 I discovered some things about Alfonso that he has in common with me,
1. We both love to dance,
2. He loves games,
3. He also loves to eat Burger King a lot{ as mentioned in today's episode},
I am so happy to have a new morning routine and Alfonso and Mikki really made my day by seeing Catch 21 today and it cheered me up because I was sad over the loss of Whammy today,
