Rap Singer Nate Dogg Is Dead at 41
The rap musician and producer, who was best known for his 1994 hit Regulate - which sampled Michael McDonald's 1982 hit I Keep Forgettin' (Every Time You're Near) - and a close friend of Snoop Dogg, died Tuesday. He was 41.
No word on the cause of death. Another singer is gone to musical heaven.
R.I.P. Nate Dogg.
EDIT: My roommate told me she heard he had a series of strokes. It sounds like the cause of death could be related to those strokes. We'll have to wait for the autopsy results to be released.
Didn't he do the "rappers" edition of TWL?
Yes he did - in 2002. Thanks for reminding!

Apparently, other sources said yesterday that the cause of death was complications from multiple strokes. I guess what I posted about a series of strokes being to blame for his death was spot-on.
Here is the proof:
Yes r.i.p nate dogg gone but never forgotten.......
