For 300 Oodles - Thanksgiving Game!
First of all, I want to say I'm thankful for all of you. I hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving, and that you get time with loved ones.
For this Thanksgiving Game, let's all bring a dish to share, but instead of A B C style we're going to get creative and base dishes on an ingredient in the previous post.
For example, stuffing can have bread, giblets or sausage, onions, mushrooms, spices, etc. in it, right? What you'll want to do is imagine stuffing, pick an ingredient, and create a new dish.
Perhaps you'll choose "bread" and bring bread pudding. The next person will look at bread pudding and think, "hmm. Possible ingredients... bread, milk, sugar, eggs..." and maybe choose to use "sugar" and make cranberries!
Based on cranberries, the next person may decide to do a dessert with the sugar, or maybe a salad with the cranberries.
There is no right or wrong. However YOU make something is up to you. Just have fun and be creative
How it works:
1st poster: Cranberries
2nd poster: Pumpkin Pie (sugar from cranberries)
3rd poster: Dinner rolls (flour from pie crust)
etc....
Rules: 30 people will win 300 Oodles each by random selection. You have until 11:59pm ET, Sunday, Nov 25 to post. You may play/post as often as you like, although you can only win 300 Oodles once. Also, be sure to keep things clean and follow forum rules.
Please do not: Post back to back. You must wait until someone else goes before you can post again.
Also, please be polite and do not point out to people they're out of order. The game can be pretty fast and if it gets a little out of order that's fine. Just respond to the most recent post you saw.
If you're on Twitter be sure to retweet the game announcements. 5 people will win 100 Oodles!
Note: I will be gone until Tuesday, Dec 4th. People will be credited by Friday Dec. 7th. Again, have a lovely Thanksgiving weekend!
